Object put splendidly,at assuming, he is serving as the sleeping-room, he is being enough. Clear, nice service, behind the window of the centre of Cracow, everywhere nearby - only minus - a car park is missing, but what, the car isn\'t necessary during the stay: -)

Bad service, the bad service, the lady in the reception should be rather nice and polite than mischievous and unpleasant. I think it is necessary to change the crew maybe the hotel would have gain then. Bad equipping no this standard which they are taking money for. I am advising nobody to use this hotel!!!
